Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer easy exchanges within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
• Request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Innerwear, accessories and final-sale items are not eligible.

How to request

1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason.
2. We will guide you to the nearest drop-off point or arrange pickup.
3. Once we receive and verify the item, we will exchange for a different size/color or issue a refund as store credit.

Refunds

Refunds are issued as store credit or bKash transfer (where applicable) within 3–5 working days of receipt of the returned item.
