Product Availability

All products listed are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after your order, we will contact you with options.

Color Variation

Product colors may slightly differ from images due to lighting and display settings. This is not considered a defect.

Pricing

Prices may be updated without prior notice. The price applied is the one shown at the time you place your order.

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Innerwear, accessories and sale items are non-exchangeable.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available all over Bangladesh. Customers must pay the full amount in cash to the delivery agent. Refusal to accept a confirmed COD order may result in restrictions on future orders.

Delivery

Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days. Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, strikes or other unforeseen events.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
